Terms of Service

These terms apply to roadside services provided by TylerRossUSA Corporation under the RoadRescue name. By submitting a paid request, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.

RoadRescue is not an emergency service. Call 911 if anyone is in danger, there is a collision or fire, or your vehicle is stopped in an unsafe traffic location.

Service area and availability

Current service is limited to the Falmouth–Biddeford corridor in Maine. Submission and payment do not guarantee a particular arrival time. We confirm availability using the phone number provided and may decline or refund requests we cannot safely fulfill.

Services and pricing

RoadRescue currently offers emergency fuel delivery and jump starts. The service, included items, estimated arrival range, and total price are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment when you submit the request. Additional work is not performed or charged without your approval.

Your responsibilities

Provide an accurate location, reachable phone number, correct fuel type, and truthful vehicle information. You must have authority to request service for the vehicle. Stay in a safe place, follow lawful safety instructions, keep children and pets clear of the work area, and disclose hazards or known vehicle damage.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact support promptly to cancel. A request canceled before dispatch is eligible for a full refund. Once travel has begun, the service-call portion may be nonrefundable to cover time and travel. If RoadRescue cannot provide the purchased service, the unprovided service will be refunded. Bank processing times may apply.

Vehicle condition

A jump start does not diagnose or repair a battery, charging system, or other mechanical problem. Fuel delivery does not guarantee that a vehicle will start. Pre-existing defects, incorrect customer-provided information, inaccessible vehicles, unsafe conditions, or conditions beyond reasonable control may prevent service.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Maine law, RoadRescue is responsible for direct damage caused by its failure to use reasonable care, but not for pre-existing damage, indirect losses, lost use, or conditions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy describes data handling. Maine law governs these terms. We may update them prospectively by posting a new effective date. Contact support@tylerrossusa.com for service, cancellation, refund, or terms questions.
