Privacy Policy

RoadRescue is operated by TylerRossUSA Corporation. This policy explains how we handle information when you request roadside service through our website or iPhone app.

Information we collect

• Contact information: name, mobile number, and email.
• Service information: roadside address, optional precise device location when you grant permission, vehicle details, requested service, and notes you provide.
• Transaction information: payment status, amount, Stripe identifiers, and receipt information. We do not store complete card numbers.
• Technical information routinely processed by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs.

How we use information

We use information to verify the service area, process payment, dispatch and perform roadside service, communicate status and safety information, provide receipts and support, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with law.

When we share information

We share only what is needed with Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare and our hosting providers for secure delivery, and the assigned roadside provider for fulfillment. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising. Service providers must protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law.

Location permission

Location access is optional. If permitted, location is used while you request service to determine your roadside address. You may deny or revoke permission in browser or iPhone settings and enter an address manually.

Retention and deletion

Service and support records are generally retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required for tax, payment-dispute, safety, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. Security logs may be kept for shorter periods. Stripe retains payment records under its own policy. To access, correct, or request deletion of eligible records, email support@tylerrossusa.com. We will verify the request before acting.

Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, restricted administrative endpoints, and payment processing through Stripe. No system is completely secure, so please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in service notes.

Children

RoadRescue is intended for adults requesting roadside services and is not directed to children under 13.
